Shenzhen Aikang Electronics Co., Ltd. a high-tech enterprise, was founded in 2003, specializing in the clinical laboratory equipment R & D, production, sales and service.
The principal founders of Aikang started to sale and perform after-sale service of the imported automated liquid handling system in 1997. Since then, we have been learning from foreign enterprises, directly involving in the development, upgrading their products and putting forward many valuable suggestions for the improvement of the core technical issues. By partnering with leaders in international clinical laboratory technology, together with our own R&D expertise and capacity, we are confident to play a major role in the future of this industry in China. Meanwhile, through the full understanding, close exchanges and cooperation with the domestic hospitals, blood banks and other users, we are aware of the differences in the test content, test items, reagents features and operational habits with international users. Aikang grows fast and expands its R & D, production, sales, service team with the products enriched and perfected and the market share increased ever since its foundation.
Through the technical cooperation of Aikang and a company in Switzerland, we have brought to the market a series of automated ELISA analyzers ¡ª Uranus AE, to meet varying applications and different workloads. Uranus AE 380, 280 and 180 automated ELISA analyzers are major innovations of Aikang to satisfy a large workload.
Aikang obtained the exclusive right of the Xantus robotic liquid handling platform from Sias (Switzerland) in September 2006. To date, over 100 Xantus have been installed in China.
Poseidon blood grouping analyzer developed by Aikang, has more than 200 users in blood banks. We adopt the international advanced method of blood grouping to achieve automated blood testing. It fills the gaps in automated blood grouping in domestic blood banks. Poseidon benefits from Xantus' double arm robotic liquid handling platform.
Metis auto blood grouping analyzer, developed jointly by Aikang and a company in Switzerland, automates ABO/ RH grouping and irregular antibody screening fast and accurately. Metis uses disposable 96-well (V-shape) microplates to save time from washing plates.
Aikang is the pioneer enterprise to specialize in the R&D and manufacturing the automated liquid handling system in China. The auto liquid handling system Crius developed by Aikang has some breakthrough in its performance. The innovation in the operational software better meets the requirements of the clinical laboratory in hospitals and fits the features of the reagents in China, thus facilitating the clinical laboratory.
